I am writing this in disbelief, how can it be 2019 already?!
I have really missed sewing and taking part in the One Monthly Goal with Elm Street Quilts. I am much more on task and productive when I participate.
I have so many things to choose from it seems. I haven’t really been very inspired to sew much. I am not really sure it if has been one thing or many.
I think I am going to choose a couple of easy finishes this month.
First, I have three Christmas table runners and a mini quilt table topper that just need the binding made and put on. I just wasn’t able to get them done before the holidays came and went. I am ahead of the game for this year!! That is how I am going to choice to look at this.😁
Second, I would like to finish this Ultimate Art Supply Case that I have cut out. I had cut out 2 projects but only completed the one.
It was made for a random person this last month. A RAK ( Random Act of Kindness) Swap of sorts. The host asked for those participating to submit a name to receive a RAK package, knowing that we were giving and not receiving.
So it was going to be a complete surprise to the receiver. I submitted a name and I was given a name. It was really the most wonderful thing I did this last month.
I am looking forward to finishing this second one. I will be using it for my growing art supplies. (more on that in a future post)
I am so grateful to Patty for hosting this wonderful Link Up. Thank You for helping me stay on task!
Until next time……………….
