#TackleThatWIP

I have been following Sugaridoo on YouTube for such a long while and was so excited that Irene decided to to this link up party. I have really enjoyed seeing all that she creates and makes. This should be a lot of fun!

I am hoping that it helps me stay focused and on task.

I, also participate in the Elm Street Quilts – One Monthly Goal link up. Though I completely missed last month entirely.

So this months work in progress is to finish my quilt top. I really need to finish this soon!! It has been on my table for far to long. I blinked and September was gone. I seriously cannot believe that I have been absent for really over a month. Time to get back on track.
This is a pattern test I am doing for Elizabeth with Brown Bird Designs.  She has the pattern and tutorial already out on her blog if you would like to make one of your own.
I am going in a reverse colorway…….I will be using Kona Solids in black and my bats will be in varying  purples and oranges!
I am very excited to see how this turns out.

I truly hope that everyone is enjoying their first tastes of Fall. I myself and wishing the weather had stayed in the 70’s a bit longer. It was 36 degrees this morning. Brrrr……. however, that does mean no more outside chores and more time to sew! Hooray!!

Until Next time……………………………….embrace change!!
